May I buy severeral tickes in one transaction?

Yes you can easily buy the ticket for your children, family or friends in one single transaction.

We will store your information and connect your various tickets into one single useraccount. Your ticket and associated family and friends can easily be administered. Next time you want to buy a ticket there will be no need register keycard numbers and names.

Will I receive a receipt for my order?

You will receive a e-mail receipt to the address you used in your purchase

Do I have to choose a specific date?

Yes, the ticket is valid only on the day for which it was booked.

Where can I park?

Only in the area of the ski stadium. The gorge is accessible on foot only.

Can I enter the gorge from both sides?

Yes, as long as the QR code has been downloaded beforehand. Simply hold it up at the turnstile.

Do i need a Ticket for my child?

Children ages 6–17 need their own ticket. Children under 6: admission is free (no ticket required).

Do i need a Ticket for my dog?

Yes, dogs need their own ticket. Dog tickets: valid only in conjunction with another full-price ticket!

Can I take my wheelchair into the gorge?

Most of the path through the gorge runs through tunnels or galleries, and in some places the ceiling is lower than 1.75 m. Access by bicycle, wheelchair, stroller, recreational boat, or similar is prohibited due to the narrow passageways and for safety reasons.

Can I take a stroller into the gorge?

Are returns, cancellations, or rebookings possible?

Returns or rebookings of any kind are not permitted. Cancellations are only possible if you have purchased cancellation insurance.

Can I drive to the gorge?

There is no direct access by car. Parking is available at the Olympia Ski Stadium.

I didn't receive the email with the QR code. What should I do?

No or weak internet connection: There is no reliable internet connection on the way to the Partnach Gorge or in the surrounding area (at least beyond the ski stadium). Make sure you've received the email with the QR code before heading to the Partnach Gorge!
If you haven’t received an email 10 minutes after completing your booking, it may have ended up in your spam folder. Please check there as well.

I received an email, but I can't open the PDF, or it's in a different file format

If you have an outdated version of Adobe Reader or don't have it at all, you'll need to download it. To open the PDF, we recommend using the latest version of Adobe Reader. You can also view your QR code directly in the confirmation email.
If a different file type is displayed, this is usually due to your email program’s settings. Check your settings to ensure the file displays correctly.

What are the transportation options?

From the Ski Stadium: About a 30-minute walk to the gorge entrance
By car : parking lot at the Olympic Ski Stadium (fee applies)
By bus: lines 321 and 322 to the “Skistadion” stop (recommended)
By bike: You can ride all the way to the ticket booth (bike parking available)
